Here is a good used meter reflecting plate for 1988 to 1997 GL1500 gold wings. Please look at the pictures closely and read. I will combine shipping on nearly anything to save you money. Small lightweight items can easily be shipped along with bulky or heavy.

I do my best to describe every item as accurately can so you aren't forced play wheres waldo find the defects. It will also work on the model's, but plates were designed just a little bit different those three years. Instrument cluster parts.
