Condition is as shown, like new except for the 2 small dings on top and bottom rim.

Must be a crate damaged piece, or maybe it was parts sale that came in dinged. Not sure what happened. We got this from a dealer who was clearing out his attic and tended to keep the nicer take-off stuff.

I tested this unit with my electric drill and it works as should.
